Our website now allows our community users to send Private Messages to each other and accrue points. You can send private messages under the Resources Menu. Under the User Menu you can update your profile and manage your points. Registered users can earn these points due to their actions and activities on the website. Future use might be used for contests, challenges, and games. When users accrue a lot of points, they'll be given ranks and medals. So, start browsing the site, contributing articles, links, etc to start earning points and competing with others.

NEW! All registered users can now view uploaded documents now from a central location. This feature will allow us to quickly publish meeting minutes, committee reports, HOA files, by-laws, etc and have a copy of the file just clicks away. Users with special permissions can upload these files based on their HOA responsibilities. Just login and click Document Manager under the Resources menu and view or upload documents quickly with ease!

Neighborhood Crime Watch We're in need of some Crime Watch Block Captains for your street! If you're interested, please e-mail the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and tell him what street you live on. We currently only have Golden Eagle Point covered and need other Crime Watch contacts. So what does a block captain do you ask (see the bullets below by clicking "Read More")? Each captain is an integral component to keeping their street actively involved in crime prevention efforts as well as the important process of information exchange between neighbors. How successful they are depends on the Block Captain and the support he or she receives from neighbors.
