The Division of Waste Management announces that effective Monday, July 12, 2010 regular bulk collection will be cancelled. However, BULK on Demand, Portsmouth’s new 24-48-hour Bulk Removal Service will begin. The City of Portsmouth’s Waste Management Division will launch a strictly call-in service, which will significantly improve response time, prioritize needs, and put bulk removal On Demand at Citizens’ Command. Citizens must call to schedule collection at 393-8663. If you don't call then they won't collect it!
