About Hidden Cove
We are a community of 162 single family homes located north of the Churchland area in Portsmouth, Virginia. Our neighborhood is approximately ten years old, and features several beautiful man-made ponds providing waterfront property to several of the homes throughout the neighborhood. The Home Owners Association (HOA) at Hidden Cove works to provide for the ownership, maintenance, preservation and operation of the Property and the architectural control of the Lots within the Property.
Hidden Cove HOA strives to keep all members involved and informed regardless if you rent or own. The Board of Directors encourages you to participate within the community to make Hidden Cove a great place to live, socialize and obtain valuable information about the neighborhood in which we live! Hidden Cove prides itself on the variety and quality of Lots, and strives to maintain and enhance those Lots for the enjoyment of owners and preservation of the value of owner's investments.
